If you’re a fan of former First Lady Michelle Obama, you may have picked up the book she wrote during the COVID-19 quarantine, The Light We Carry: Overcoming in Uncertain Times. In a world that became so dark, the novel provides tools to help people navigate change and see the inner light within themselves. The pages also explore ways for everyone to learn how to connect and communities to see outside of their differences.
Obama went on a book tour to promote her work, and on the final stop, none other than the iconic Oprah Winfrey stepped in to speak with her about the novel and to have a meaningful conversation. And lucky for us, Netflix‘s interview special The Light We Carry: Michelle Obama and Oprah Winfrey, will be shared with the world.
